A swap's value is what you put in, priced at the time it's counted; swaps under $1 are skipped and each swap counts at most $10,000. The $DOOM boost uses the USD value of the $DOOM the wallet held on Solana at the time of the swap (for swaps on other chains, when the swap is counted), at the market price when it's counted.
